From July to October,waves are not nearly as consistent.

From November to February. This is when the waves are bigger and more consistent due to the typhoon season providing bigger waves.

How to get there:

By air: There are flights from Manila to San Fernando. San Fernando is the capital of La Union Province. The flight will take you about 50 minutes.

By land: There are numerous buses that will bring you directly from Manila to La Union province. It will take about seven hours to get there. Some of the buses will continue on to Laoag and you must disembark at San Fernando,La Union.
