One of the most beautiful parks in the Bicol Region with panoramic garden view,fountain,man-made lagoon,Wenceslao Q. Vinzons and Jose Rizal bronze statues (the tallest statue of Jose P. Rizal outside Metro Manila). It showcases the cultural,historical and natural resources of the province. It is located infront of the Provincial Capitol in Daet,the capital town of Camarines Norte.
How to get there:
By land: The province is accessible by land through passenger transport services going to and from Metro Manila and neighboring provinces. Take the bus liner that goes to the Bicol Region,or a private car. It is about a 7-8 hour car ride.
By Air: The province has one airport with a secondary classification located in Bagasbas,Daet.
