Northern Luzon Heroes Hill National Park   (Santa, Ilocos Sur, Luzon)

The park in Santa was the stronghold of Gabriela Silang,who continued the struggle for freedom from the Spaniards started by her slain husband,Diego Silang. A historical marker in her honor stands nearby.

How to get there:

To get to Vigan City from Manila,you can take a bus for the 7-hour trip;  or take a plane to Laoag City and a bus ride from Laoag to Vigan.
