BICOL ARTS FESTIVAL

A week-long festival showcasing the region's arts and culture,crafts and agro-industrial products coming from the six (6) provinces and three (3) cities of Bicol. It coincides with the celebration of the National Arts Month every February.

How to get there:

By Land: From Manila there are many different buses that have regular routes to most districts of Bicol. The ride takes about 10 to 12 hours from Manila.

By Air: From Manila there are regular flights to Legazpi City.
