A socio-cultural center for information in Central Luzon,it is the first and the only one of its kind in the country. The materials on display are preserved and maintained to promote the cultural heritage of Filipinos in Central Luzon. The museum located in the CLSU campus has six sections: rice and vegetable planting implements; household ingredients' utensils; personal apparel; hunting and fishing implements.

How to get there:
Buses going to the Cagayan Valley pass through Cabanatuan and San Jose Cities,which are along the Pan Philippine Highway,as do buses going to Aurora and Bongabong.
