Our Lady of Manaoag Shrine   (Manaoag, Pangasinan, Luzon)

The Church of Our Lady of Manaoag was established 400 years ago to house the ivory image that was brought to the church by Padre Juan de San Jacinto from Spain via Acapulco. According to folk tradition,the Blessed Mother Mary Herself designated the place where the church would be built. Both the church and the image passed through many historical events but remained untouched. 

Today the original church is part of a complex of structures including a convent,a Paschal Mystery Chapel,a Candle Gallery,a museum,an exhibit hall,the Rosary Garden,The Rosary Center,The Pilgrim's Center,the Novitiate,the Way of the Cross,and the Parish Center.

How to Get There: 

Take the bus that goes to La Union and Ilocos. Disembark in the town of Manaoag in Pangasinan,a good 5 to 6 hours ride from Manila.
