Point of Interest

Twin East   (Nasugbu, Batangas, Luzon)

Covered with whip corals the bottom soon drops down over a wall to 70',with many small holes and crevasses. This is an ideal divesite to take a flashlight on,as sometimes sleeping nocturnal black and white catsharks are found under ledges. The wall drops down further before joining up with the coral garden.

How to get there:

The province of Batangas is 110 kilometers south of Metro Manila, from where it is accessible by land transportation. The commercial buses of BLTB,JAM,Tritran,Batangas Express Liner,Triftman Liner,Biñan transportation,ALPS,and CJC Transit serve the riding public. Take a bus from the Pasay City bus terminal to Nasugbu. An ordinary bus ride costs 55 pesos (one-way) while an air conditioned one costs 72 pesos (one-way). The bus will take you to the bus terminal near Nasugbu's municipal hall. From there you can get a tricycle or jeepney to take you to your destination.
