Popularly known as the "Monumneto" the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier stands in Barangay Madayegdeg,at the junction leading to Poro Point.  A project of the Lions Club,a volunteer service that participates or sometimes spearheads a variety of projects of importance to their communities, erected the monument as a tribute for the soldiers who fought during the last World War. The said erection is in turn a demonstration of the resident's appreciation of the soldiers who fought with their lives for the freedom of San Fernando.
