INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp Garlic,crushed
- 2 tbsp onion,sliced
- 2 cups young corn,grated
- 8 cups water
- 5 tsp Salt
- 6 slices Dalag,cleaned and cut into serving pieces
- 2-1/3 cups Bamboo shoots,sliced
- 2 cups saluyot leaves
- 1 cup Patola,sliced
Saute garlic,onion and corn. Add water and season with salt. Allow to boil until corn is tender. Drop pieces of dalag together with bamboo shoots. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Add saluyot leaves. Cook for 3 minutes. Add patola and cook for 4 minutes longer.
