INGREDIENTS:
- 12 pcs. Gabi leaves
- 12 tbsp Dilis,fresh
- 6 pcs Green pepper,long,cut into strips
- 3/4 cup Coconut milk,pure
- 3 tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 small pc. Ginger
- 1 cup Coconut milk. 2nd extraction
Wrap 2 tbsps of dilis in gabi leaves. Follow the same procedure with the rest of the dilis. Tie the remaining leaves in knots and line them in the bottom of the cooking pan. Add pepper,coconut milk,vinegar,salt and ginger. Place the wrapped dilis on top and let it boil for 45 minutes.
