INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp. Garlic crushed
- 2 tbsp. Onion. sliced
- 1/2 cup Tomatoes,sliced
- 1/2 cup Shrimp,shelled
- 1-1/2 cup Shrimp juice
- 1-1/2 tsp Salt
- Dash pepper
- 2 cups Squash fruit,cubed
- 1 cup Stringbeans,cut into 2" long
Saute garlic,onion,tomatoes and shrimp. Cook 2 minutes and add shrimp juice. Season with salt and pepper. Boil mixture and add squash fruit and stringbeans. Cook 10 minutes. Serve hot.
