INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 kilo Yellow camote,peeled and cut into strips
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1-1/2 cups Rice flour
- 1/2 cup and 2 tbsp Water
- 5 tbsp Cooking oil (for deep oil frying)
Cut the kamote into strips. Add sugar and flour to water and stir until well blended. Combine kamote strips with flour mixture and mix well with a spoon until well coated. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Spoon about 3 tbsp of camote and flour mixture into a saucer and drop into hot cooking oil. Fry until golden brown.
