INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 tsp Garlic,minced
- 1 small Ginger,crushed
- 1 medium Onion,sliced
- 2 cups Rice washing
- 1 cup Squash,cubed
- 2 cups Tulya,shelled
- 1 cup Kangkong
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Patis
- 6 pcs Kalamansi
Saute garlic,ginger and onions. Add rice washing. Cover and let boil. Add squash and cook 5 minutes. Add tulya and kangkong and cook for 5 minutes longer. Season with salt. Serve with patis and kalamansi.
