INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic,crushed
- 1 tbsp. Ginger,sliced
- 2 tbsp. Onion,sliced
- 5 cups Rice washing
- 12 pcs. Shrimps
- 1 tbsp. Patis
- 1-1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 cups Malunggay leaves
Saute garlic,ginger and onion. Add rice washing and let it boil. Add shrimps and season with patis and salt. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Add malunggay leaves and cook 5 minutes longer. Serve hot.
