INGREDIENTS:
- 6 slices Fish,fresh,cleaned
- 1/2 cup Pork liver,cubed
- 1-1/2 tsp. Salt
- 3 cups Water
- 2 tbsp. Bagoong sauce
- 1 cup Squash,cubed
- 2 cups String beans,cut 2" long
- 1 cup Eggplant,sliced diagonally
Salt fish and liver,boil and set aside. Boil water and bagoong in saucepan. Add squash,broiled fish,liver and cook for 3 minutes. Add string beans,eggplant and cook for 5 minutes longer. Serve hot.
6 servings
1 slice fish + 1 cup vegetables per serving.
