INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cup Rice washing
- 1 tbsp. Ginger,sliced
- 2tsp. Salt
- 1/2 cup Pork liver,sliced
- 1 cup Eggplant,sliced
- 1 cup Kangkong,cut into 1-1/2" long
- 2tbsp Green onions,cut into 1-1/2" long
Heat 2 cups of rice washing with sliced ginger. Season with salt. Add pork liver and cook 5 minutes. Add eggplant and carrot. Cook 4 minutes. Add kangkong and green onions. Cook 3 minutes longer. Serve hot.
6 servings: 1/2 cup per serving
