INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
- 1/2 cup Tomatoes,sliced
- 2 tbsp Bagoong alamang
- 3 cups Rice washing
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Stringbeans,cut into 2" long
- 1 cup Squash fruit,cut into cubes
- 2 cups Okra,cut into 2" long
- 6 slices Squash tops
- Broiled bangus
Saute tomatoes and alamang. Add rice washing and cover. When mixture boils,add salt,stringbeans and squash fruit. Cook 5 minutes. Add okra,squash tops and broiled bangus. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer.
6 servings: 1 slice fish + 3/4 cup vegetables per serving
