Hoyop-hoyopan Cave   (Camalig, Albay, Luzon)

Hoyop-hoyopan Cave got its name because of the pronounced cool breeze inside the cave. 'Hoyop' (more pronounced as 'eyep') is a Bicolano word for blow. You will not feel any particular wind inside but it is cool. It is a three layer cave that was discovered during the Japanese invasion and is currently private property belonging to three owners.

Visitors who usually visit this cave are amazed at the different formations of stalactites such as chicken drumstick,Mama Mary statue,2 heads of hanging snakes, hand formation,a sexy lady with long hair, hanging man-like formation, moises, crocodile tail. One of the famous formations is what they call 'The Honeymoon Suite' where only two people can fit in a hollow formation.

In one area of the cave, ancient human skeletons were found some of them in jars. The site was possibly used as and ancient burial cave by early man.
