Bataan Techno Park   (Morong, Bataan, Luzon)

The Bataan Techno Park,365 hectares of rolling terrain,  was originally part of the Bataan National Park and is home to a wide variety of flora and fauna. The park was formerly the site of the Philippine Regugee Processing Center (PRPC) which existed from 1980 to 1994,and was a second-asylum camp for Indochinese regugees.

Today the Park is managed by the Bataan Technology Park,Inc. (BTPI) under the Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA),and is being developed as a center for agriculture and aquaculture technology.

The Park includes the following:

The PRPC Museum - it pays tribute to te humanitarian assistance provided by the Philippines to refugees from Vietnam,Laos,and Cambodia with the assistance of local and foreign agencies.

The BTP Experiential,Adventure,and Teambuilding (BEAT) Park Lodgings,Conference and Sports Facilities with accomodations of all types such as guesthouse rooms,dorm cottages,and dorms,other faciities such as plenary hall,Kanawan Conference Rooms,BTP Covered Courts,and sports facilities.

HOW TO GET THERE:

The Park is 3 hours away from Manila by land and 20 minutes away from Subic. It is readily accessible through the Subic International Airport.
