They may not walk but they can certainly draw. Bring out the colors of the mind. Teach the disabled but creative people of Tahanan Walang Hagdan (TWH) various forms of arts and crafts where they can express their thoughts and hone their skills.  Their art works do help them earn a living.  Materials will be provided.
