Singkaban Festival   (Malolos City, Bulacan, Luzon)

(September 8-10). A festival of arts and culture in honor of the capitol's patron,Our Lady of Victory,showcasing the traditional arts of the "Balagtasan," folk dances,and the "Kundiman" amidst the display of Singkaban arches.

How to get there:
All buses bound for the northern parts of Luzon pass through Bulacan.
