Physical exercise,if done properly,is always a good thing.  Aside from its positive aesthetic effects on how a person looks,it aids in blood circulation and provides an opportunity for sweat to release the toxins from the body.  It is important that a person finds the right exercise for oneself, depending on the need and the type of exercise that suits the personality.

Some ways to keep fit are doing yoga, going to a gym,and doing martial arts.  These three entail different disciplines but are all equally effective if practised consistently and seriously.  Yoga trains the body through different postures and is said to develop one's flexibility.  The gym offers different kinds of tools such as those for weight lifting to firm up muscles, cardiovascular equipment usually used to lose fat and various mats for stretching purposes.  Lastly, martial arts develop one's health through combative training which may be used for self-defense as well as enhance one's general well-being.
