Apayao Bohol
    Tarsier Sanctuary   (Corella, Bohol, Visayas) Located in Corella and Sikatuna,Bohol Province,the sanctuaries are the only legal caretakers of the indigenous and endangered tarsier.

Palawan
    Calauit Game Preserve and Wildlife Sanctuary   (Busuanga, Palawan, Luzon) It was established by the former President Ferdinand Marcos on Aug. 31,1976 in response to a call from the International Union for the Conservation of Nature to help save African wildlife,in the 3rd World Conference in Kenya. It is a sanctuary of exotic African animals and endangered endemic animals of Palawan.

Tawi-Tawi
    Bongao Peak   (Bongao, Tawi-Tawi, Mindanao)       Dominating with a prominent vertical cliff on its north side,Bongao peak towers above the island,welcoming tourists. The peak is a protected monkey sanctuary in the capital town of Bongao. A natural watchtower provides a view of the expanse of sea and the string of islands of Tawi-tawi. Climbing this peak takes about 2 hours on an easy relaxing pace.

    Natural Wildlife Zoos in Mainland Tawi-Tawi   (Bongao, Tawi-Tawi, Mindanao) Wildlife such as wild cattle,wild hogs,and brown and white monkeys abound in the forests of mainland Tawi-Tawi. Tawi-Tawi lies at the southwestern tip of the Philippines,and is accessible from Sabah,Malaysia and from Zamboanga City. It is full of natural zoos and is known to be a world all its own.

    Sibutu   (Sibutu, Tawi-Tawi, Mindanao) In Sibutu,wild hogs come in rampaging bands of black,reddish brown,white,and spotted black and white.
